Recipe: Cheese and Onion Turnovers

These make a lovely lunch especially accompanied by a light salad of sliced tomato, sliced onion and sliced cucumber, drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with salt, pepper and chopped oregano, either fresh or dried.  Black olives go well with this too.
