Recipe: Parmesan Cheese, Grape and Walnut Turnovers

Ingredients -

squares of frozen puff pastry
2 tsps grated parmesan cheese or any other white cheese, grated or crumbled per turnover
2 grapes, cut in half per turnover
1/2 tsp walnuts, crumbled, per turnover
extra parmesan

Method -

Place the frozen puff pastry squares on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and allow to defrost.

Once defrosted pile 2 tsps cheese in the centre of each square, followed by the 4 pieces of grape and a small sprinkling of walnuts.

Fold the squares across the corner to create a triangle and pinch the edges together tightly.

Place back on the baking tray and sprinkle each with a little more parmesan.

Place in a pre-heated oven at 200c for around 15 minutes until golden and crispy.

Allow to cool slightly before eating as they will be very hot inside.
