Don't worry though, looks stacked but does not use much ingredients.
Ingredients - (serves 2)
1 x 9 inch Turkish Bazlama bread, carefully sliced to provide two bases, one for now and one that can be frozen for later (or if top half breaks up use as breadcrumbs)
1 tbsp tomato relish
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 small onion, peeled and finely sliced
4 to 6 mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 small roasted red pepper, drained and thinly sliced
4 slices of salami sausage, cut into ribbons
handful of grated cheese
sprinkling of oregano
sprinkling of finely chopped parsley
freshly ground black pepper
Parmesan Cheese for serving
Mix together the tomato relish and tomato ketchup.
Spoon onto the Bazlama and spread around, don't go right to the edge of the bread.
Next stack up the pizza with the onion, mushrooms, roasted pepper, salami.
Sprinkle over the grated cheese, oregano and parsley.
Put in a hot oven 200 to 220c for around 15 mins, until the cheese has melted and the bread feels crispy around the edges.
Season with the black pepper and sprinkle over the Parmesan Cheese.
