Sandwich: Chicken Schitzel and Garlic Mayonnaise

Ingredients - serves 2

2 x 1/4 baguettes or 2 rolls
2 chicken schitzels
garlic mayonnaise ( see recipe under Spreads and Dips)
4 small gherkins, sliced

Method -

Grill the schnitzels for 20 mins until cooked.

Make up the garlic mayonnaise and slice the gherkins.

Then make up the sandwiches with the mayonnaise on the bottom, followed by the chicken schnitzels and then the slices of gherkin.
