Recipe: Breadcrumbs

I know this is not really a recipe but I never used to use breadcrumbs to top dishes because I never had stale bread available at the time I wanted it.

Now after reading about them recently I always makes sure that if I have some stale bread I either chop it in a processor or grate it up with a cheese grater and then store them in the freezer in a bag.

You can then easily grab a cup or two when needed.
