Recipe : Sweet Custard

Ingredients - 

2 eggs
2tsp sugar
280ml milk
1/4tsp vanilla essence

Method - 

In a heatproof bowl beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla essence and 3tbs milk together.


In a pan heat the remainder of the milk to luke warm.


Add the lukewarm milk to the egg mixture and beat well.


Cook without boiling, by putting the bowl over a saucepan of boiling water, until custard thickens.
