Recipe: Cheese, Sundried Tomato and Basil Bread

Ingredients -

125g plain flour 
100g whole wheat flour 
1 packet baking powder 
1tsp salt 
1tsp mustard powder
100g grated hard cheese 
8 sundried tomatoes roughly chopped 
2 tbsps chopped basil 
2 tbsp melted butter 
1 beaten egg 
125ml milk 

Method -

Sift flour, salt, mustard, baking powder into bowl.
Stiır in cheese, tomato and basil.
Add melted butter, milk and beaten egg.
Transfer into 20cm tin lined with greaseproof paper.
Bake at 190c for approximately 30 mins.
